By accessing and using this website, and by engaging La Vibe Events, LLC for photo mirror services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer and our full Terms & Conditions.

No Guarantees of Outcome: While La Vibe Events, LLC strives to provide high-quality photo mirror services and an exceptional experience, we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, results, or the suitability of our services for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in our service agreement. The success of any event partially depends on factors beyond our control, including venue conditions, guest participation, and unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, La Vibe Events, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if La Vibe Events, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. For detailed information regarding liability, including client responsibilities for guest behavior and equipment damage, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions.

Third-Party Venues: La Vibe Events, LLC operates as a mobile photo mirror service at third-party venues chosen by our clients. We do not own, operate, or control these venues. Therefore, we are not responsible for the safety, security, accessibility, or any other conditions or incidents that may occur at any third-party venue. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability and safety of their chosen venue for their event and for our setup requirements. Our liability regarding venue-related incidents is expressly disclaimed.

By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. 

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
    Late payments may result in cancellation of services at La Vibe Events’ discretion without refund of deposit.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Paypal

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 

  • Cancellations made 21+ days prior to the event:  Refund of 50% of the deposit amount.

  • Rescheduling is permitted one time with at least 14 days’ written notice, subject to availability. The rescheduled event must occur within 90 days of the original event date. Failure to reschedule within this window or a second reschedule request will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
     

3. Setup & Venue Requirements 

Client is responsible for ensuring the following:  

  • A flat, dry, and level space with a minimum footprint of 8 ft x 8 ft. 

  • Access to a standard, grounded 3-prong electrical outlet within 15 feet of booth location. 

  • Indoor placement is strongly recommended. Outdoor use requires a covered, weatherproofed area and is subject to approval.

  • A venue point of contact must be available during setup. La Vibe Events will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to begin setup. 


La Vibe Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, late client access, or venue staff limitations.

4. Idle Time
 

  • If booth setup is required earlier than 1 hour before the start time, idle time is charged at $50/hour. 

  • Idle time ensures the booth remains staffed and secure before operation resumes. 

 

5. Guest Behavior & Damages. 

  • The client is fully responsible for the conduct of guests during the event.

  • Any intentional damage, theft, abuse, or vandalism to La Vibe Events equipment caused by guests will result in full replacement or repair costs billed to the client. Repair or replacement costs are due within 7 days of invoice and may be charged to the payment method on file.

 

  • La Vibe Events, LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate booth operation without refund if guest behavior poses safety risks, becomes abusive, or threatens the integrity of the equipment or staff. 

  • Children (13 yrs and under) must be supervised by adults when using the booth. 
     

6. Photo & Media Use 

  • Unless the client opts out, La Vibe Events, LLC reserves the right to use photos, GIFs, and videos captured at the event for marketing, social media, and promotional use.

  • Client represents that they have authority to grant media usage rights on behalf of event attendees. Clients may opt out of media use by emailing admin@lavibefl.com stating their desire to opt out.

7. Technical Issues 

 

  • La Vibe Events, LLC makes every effort to ensure seamless booth performance. In the event of a technical issue, a partial refund may be issued based on time lost. Any refund issued shall be pro-rated based on actual service time lost, not to exceed the total amount paid.

  • A professional and trained attendant will be assigned by La Vibe Events to operate the photo booth equipment for the entire duration of the rental period. The attendant is responsible for the proper setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the equipment. They are also available to assist guests with using the photo booth, selecting props, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. For safety and the preservation of the high-quality equipment, it is mandatory that no unauthorized person—including event guests, staff, or other vendors—should attempt to move, adjust, troubleshoot, or operate the equipment in any manner. The attendant is the sole individual authorized to handle the technical aspects of the photo booth.

  • No refund will be issued for disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including: 

    • Power outages 

    • Venue access restrictions 

    • Interference by third parties 

    • Severe weather (for outdoor events) 

 

8. Liability Waiver 

By booking services, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Vibe Events, LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of:  

  • Guest interactions with the photo booth 

  • Allergic reactions or injuries from props 

  • Venue-related incidents or unsafe environments 

 

La Vibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.  

 

The maximum liability of La Vibe Events, LLC for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid under this agreement.

 

9. Copyright & Ownership 

  • All photo templates and graphic materials created by La Vibe Events, LLC remain the intellectual property of La Vibe Events, LLC. 

  • Clients may not reuse, modify, or distribute branded booth templates without written permission.

     

10. Force Majeure 

La Vibe Events, LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:  

● Acts of God 

● Governmental restrictions 

● Natural disasters 

● Epidemics 

● Venue closure or failure to provide access 

 

In the event of force majeure, La Vibe Events shall not be required to issue a refund but will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

 

Client Agreement & Acknowledgment  

By accepting the estimate, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.  


 

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Florida.
