Do you travel outside Jacksonville, St. Augustine
& St. Johns?
Yes, we’re based in Northeast Florida, but we never say no to a good road trip! 🚐💨
Travel fees may apply depending on how far the vibe needs to go—just ask when you inquire, and we’ll send over a custom quote tailored to your location. Let’s take this show on the road! ✨
How far in advance
should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance—especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons when the vibes book fast! 💍🎉
Need us last-minute? Slide into our inbox and we’ll do our best to make the magic happen for your date. ✨
How much space and power does the photo booth need?
To keep the vibe flawless, our booth needs a minimum 8x8 ft space, a standard power outlet, and a flat indoor or shaded surface.
📸 Planning an outdoor event? No problem—as long as there’s a covered, weatherproofed area to protect the setup. Outdoor use is subject to approval, but we’ll work with you to make it happen (and keep things running smooth and fabulous). ✨
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We get it—life happens! 💃✨
If you need to cancel 14 days or more before your event, no worries—you’ll get a full refund of your deposit.
If it’s within 6 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable (because we’ve already started prepping the vibe!).
Need to reschedule? We’ve got you—one-time reschedules are allowed, as long as we’re available and it’s within 14 days of your original event date.
Can we customize the booth for our theme or brand?
