Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods: credit card, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay. Late payments may result in cancellation of services without refund. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event: full refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 6 days: deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted one time, subject to availability and must occur within 14 days of the event date. 3. Idle Time If booth setup is required earlier than 1 hour before the start time, idle time is charged at $50/hour. Idle time ensures the booth remains staffed and secure before operation resumes.
